Customer Service Officer – Property Management
Stockport Homes Group manages a 12,000 strong housing stock on behalf of Stockport Council. Providing high quality, affordable housing is something we are passionate about.
We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our driven and friendly company working in the Property Management team at our head office Cornerstone in the centre of Stockport.
Our Customer Service Officers are often the first point of contact for our customers, making them crucial to delivering a first-class customer experience.

The successful candidate will:
You will need to be customer focussed with the ability to communicate successfully in sometimes challenging and complex situations, have a working knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office applications and have a real interest in supporting people who are often in difficult situations.
This is a full time permanent position working 37 hours per week Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 5pm.
