As an Income Officer you will be responsible for the collection of a variety of different income streams; you will need to chase outstanding debts from organisations, companies, home-owners, tenants and other individuals and you will maximise collection by ensuring prompt and effective action where debts remain unpaid.

This role will require you to have a good knowledge of service charge accounts, rent collection and debt collection processes and solutions. It is a performance and target driven role focused on doing the right thing at the right time and delivering a consistent high-quality service.  

With lots of on the job learning and development the right person will have the opportunity to really thrive and support the team in continuing to be a sector leader in this area.

  1. Have experience of delivering excellent customer service in a performance driven role
  2. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and always recognise the needs of individual customers
  3. Have experience of effectively managing a demanding workload with conflicting priorities
  4. Evidence that you can work flexibly to meet the needs of customers and the team
  5. Have a Full UK driving license and use of a car for work purposes
